the team was really good i needed assistance with local reservations i received immediate help the room had a contemporary design with a super comfortable bed the shower room had wonderful products i found a walk-in wardrobe a great bonus
the tv and sky switch could benefit from single button operation also a wider selection of english channels might enhance the entertainment options slightly

the hotel location allowed easy access to key attractions it was only a short walk to the duomo as well as close to both metro and tram lines this made navigating the city efficient

the premises included a useful espresso machine alongside a milk frother the minibar proved a fantastic bonus offering refreshments throughout my visit i was pleased with the efficient service provided

The Spiga room featured beautiful architecture with nice light. A comfortable bed and pillow provided excellent rest. Sean offered recommendations for sites and food, he aided us in getting settled. He was available on WhatsApp for questions.

the location was acceptable. it was close enough to the main attractions for walking.
I had issues with the room key. It didn't work very well. there was a large crack in the full-length mirror (it did not improve my appearance). these details gave me the impression some things aren't well maintained.
